"Kooky Cardinal" One of my Crazy Cut-Outs, drawings that are literally cut out of the paper around the black boarder you see in the image. All of these guys are crazy, silly, and/or swirly-eyed and are kind of like a knock-knock joke that only I may understand. My usual technique with the addition of black ink for the "margins".
