Yikes Notch be getting ripped a new one here buuuut at the same time it's not like it wasn't a long time coming. Cat's right he did make a lot of mistakes and some really big ones and now that the world isn't ending they can finally talk it out.
Though I wonder if Cat being mad is gonna end up waking Stevie up with all the talking or if he's gonna just sleep like the dead all the way through it xD

oh god what cat's saying is too relatable on so many levels.
Cat's all for change and letting people do whatever, just like he did when the world was created. Creativity comes from boredom, and boredom is what you get from the same thing over and over - order, as Notch is trying to call it.
As someone with anxiety I can also confirm the voices - always telling you to be better or do this instead of that. We know it's Hero and Vile, but that doesn't make it any easier on him. All he wanted was a world where he could have fun with his brother, not a world where he was reduced to something his brother treated as undeserving of life or happiness.
Kick his ass, Cat.

Honestly, not to be rude to Notch but he sort of deserved this from Kat. As far of what I have learned from this outburst from Kat is that Notch never cared about him from the start even when Hero and Vile were created. It would appear that he is protecting them from the burdens of being a god like him and the responsibilities that come with the job but according to Kat, Notch only wanted to benefit himself with all the power and never cared for Kat. So again, Notch you need to hear Kat out.Β Β

Holy shit, Cat be looking like a snaccΒ also the fact he can't stay together is actually really sad. I'mΒ glad Cat if finally chewing Notch out, hopefully, he'll take it to heart and try to improve himself and not others.

Notch has recently realized some of the things he did wrong (redemption arc, yay!) but he still needs to have this happen to him. The man needs to fully see that there are consequences to his actions. And sure, those consequences might not have directly affected him but they hurt the people around him. He pushed away the people he cares about through his actions and now heβs gonna just have to face that. Poor Cat though. Voices in his head, long periods of time when Vile and Hero have been out are missing, and probably a whole lot more than we are being told, it seems so unbearable. Heβs a very strong individual for being able to push through despite it all and Iβm so proud of him for that.Β

Cat, you are so right. In a way, this message was for me; don't let anyone tell you you're not right... or that you're not okay. No one is what they seem unless if they have that kind of transparency. If people tell you that your actions or looks are just a bad thing, prepare to prove them wrong.

Something that I realized, about this comic, is that you see the drawing something far away you only see the characters, but when you get closer you can see their facial details, clothes, etc., That's the coolest thing I've seen, I love itπ

Well... This took a turn. I wonder if the voices Cat hears is Vile and Hero, or something else. Though, judging by how he switches from "I" to "we"/"us", it sounds like he's going through some serious identity issues. I mean, of course he would. Notch DID ruin Cat. Of course he is angry. Notch seriously needs to understand the gravity of what he has done, BEYOND poofing Cat during the fight.Β

The absolute horror on Notch's face speaks for itself. Like, this feels like it's something that neither of them can fix on their own. Makes me also curious what are those voices saying? Are they wanting out or are they fighting among themselves?

Cat just laying into Notch with such brutal honesty, and the line of "I have voices in my head now!" helps you really get that 'oh he's going through some shit', even if it makes sense with the fact he's been two separate people for several centuries, especially helped with the way Cat keeps switching between I and we... I just really love this page.
...Am a little intimidated by the way his core is glowing in that last panel though.

He's stating facts and they're as sharp as a knife.
Damn, none of us ever thought of that... Cat' has voices in his head... and we have no idea how he feels toward Vile and Hero.
Does he see them as "little brothers" or as the parasites that stole his place and life? Because he'd have a right to be bitter...
