I made this tutorial with my coloring guild and the hobby colorists at Gaia in mind. While I reference Photoshop AND Painter, it's more of a basic coloring help sheet thingy. I basically looked at what running themes and problems I saw in the work posted at Gaia and wrote about ways to combat those things (plus a very short basic discussion at the beginning)I apologize for the fact that this is
1) so unorganized; I followed my train of thought
2) a large JPG -- I don't know what I was thinking.
More coming soon, including something on painting hair, and something I call "Dirty Tricks"

Oh, this is so true! I admit to making those mistakes once or twice, but I try not to repeat it. I'm trying to improve! Anyways, this was very well said, I think many beginning and intermediate artists should read this.
