Something I started months ago but never got around to finishing. Managed to get it looking acceptable for me so here it is.Flutterbat Vector found here: Flutterbat
Background consists of my usual lazy approach of just grabbing layers from my other wallpapers and mixing them about and such. In this case, the background from Princess Luna Wallpaper Redux is prominent, and one can make out the flowers from Fluttershy MLP Wallpaper as well.
