Description
Lore: When this card is activated: You can target 1 "Incurseion" monster you control or 1 card on the field with a Sickness Counter; shuffle it into the Deck when it leaves the field, also you can add 1 "Incurseion" card from your Deck to your hand, then, if you targeted a monster your opponent controls with this effect, you can replace the equipped monster's effects with that monster's effects. The equipped monster cannot attack directly, also other cards on the field are unaffected by its effects, except cards with a counter(s). You can only activate 1 "Infectious Checkup" per turn.
