Comedy comes easy for male characters, too easy, I guess. The Schoolhouse Rock series produced by ABC in the 70s rarely had a female star to carry the interest that might be generated by a scenario involving such cold things as figures.Figure Eight is the only one in the series sung by a woman. Sure, "Good Eleven" has an angel, but the gender of an angel is anyone's guess.
The song "Figure Eight" is slow, quiet and a little eerie.
