Not everyone knows about those groups, or likes them. same with DA in general. To this day when people ask around the SFM discussion page on steam for places to get models they are surprised when I mention DA. (and there are some that don't trust this site)
Add to that that there are those in both the sfm and gmod communities that never go to the other side (either because of lack of interest or some stupid inter-community rivalry/drama). You'll find plenty of models in gmod-ponies that aren't in sfm-ponies and vice versa. And some that aren't in either (at least at first).
In the end, i'd say it'd be nice to have one central location that has everything.

I don't hate your site, but it's abit annoying to ask that everytime on some pony models on the comment section, can't you just send a note instead of this? just an idea.

I tried... Some responded days after and many didn't at all which means they're not checking their Notes. Then I commented on that thing and they replied in under one day/submitted that stuff to PonySFM directly.

Maybe YOU but ever thought about beginners? Many already thanked me for bringing PonySFM to life and helping them finding models easily and organized.
