Cake! First, with your polygonal lasso and the gradient tool, try to create something like this: [link]
ThePolyLasso is THE SHIT. You'll notice there are no curves at all.
Four hours.
Then, just color it with a "color" layer.
Half hour.
Presto!

Well, despite appearances, the BIG work comes with a nice grayscale base. Made with flat tones. Spice things up with SOME well placed gradients and glows.
And then, in the last minutes, a fast colorizing. Not color, just "colorizing".
Look!---> [link]

*still searching for an effekt that creates the balance*

The long green horizontal shadows. Maybe there lies some answer.

I'm gonna say it's the solidity of the building on the right. Holds the picture down on the right while everything leans to the left. The heavier orange and green shadows help anchor it as well.

Videojuegos? Cerca la bala.
