I just needed my strong legs, thighs and feet "to control" this guy. I did put my right foot deep in his mouth and controlled his head with my left foot so he could only breath thru his noose. At the end I moved his head with my left foot closer to my body and closed his mouth with only 2 of my fingers and he was out cold in less then 10 seconds ... hahaha
