Hewlith Bay is a small town on the planar construct of Alketh, It is ferociously ruled over by the Order of Yuin Dar.
Hewlith Bay is famous throughout the Ooma-1 for its picturesque location consisting of massive fjords and mountain passes. Founded in 4257 after The Khandri miraculously unified the Deep Houses and in their ashes formed The Order of Yuin-dar.
