Like mentioned in the base weapons page the TCP-12 features a wide number of customization options,to adjust it to various situations and combat scennarios.

First of all,the gun has picatilly rails installed on top and on sides.
The top rail is mostly used for sightin devices,which were developed specially for this weapon.
The first top rail option is a red dot sight.The opened sights,which are actually a part of the rail may be inconvinient to use by some personnel,so,a reflex sight can be a good option.
The second option is the BCAM camera sight.The BCAM is,is essentially a camera attached to the top rail of the pistol.It can function either as a variable zoom scope,or as a night vision sight.And if linked to the special headgear it can be used to aim and shoot from cover without exposing yourself for the returning fire.

The side rails can be used for mounting various laser sights(despite the fact that the weapon already has one),flashlights,etc.Unfortunately no prolprietary accessories intended for side rails were developed.

The weapon's barrel is compatible with a suppressor,which is usefull on stealth missions.For this purpose OS-10 quick detach suppressor was developed.It is clear that the suppressor can be quickly attached and detached when on a mission,and is relatively compact.However it is effective only with subsonic ammunitions.The suppressor will have no effect with hypersonic ammunitions and will wear out faster.Also the installed suppressor will prevent the usage of clip-on muzzle projectiles.

The grip,which houses the security device unit can also be used to attach a small electroshock taser-a usefull option when you either ran out of/have inapropriate ammunition in your clip and the enemy is approaching-a sudden electrotaser hit will be enough to subdue them.
Or you can install a retractable blade into the pistol grip,if you prefer to be more lethal to your enemies.
Some diabolical GCOM members install a poisoned blade into the grip.The main difference that the blade has a small needle embedded in it which is used to inject the poison into the victim.
