The drawing tells one of my ideas about Rowdyruff boys: They in his room in the lab studying
In this scene, they are not in a "human form". They are just dressed in normal clothes, created by Miyako for boys to look more social.
When they are in transfomed form, similar to the Powerpuff Girls, created by black belt ... They called themselves the Rowdyruff boys and people know them by Brick Hard, Strong Butch and Explosive Boomer.
NOTE: Why do city people do not know that Brick is the RowdyruffBoy Hard Brick?!
Ans: I dont know: \. Watch the anime Powerpuff girls z, ch 42, and observe that no matter the name or appearance of the person ... While using the magic costume, the people dont know how to recognize the difference: 3

Ah, so the magic is in the costume...
Though the PPGZ's could recognize the RRB's pretty easily in that episode when they stole their clothes
Anyways, I love this picture! You did really well in the angling especially...it really does look like Brick is casually sitting in a chair and Boomer is laying on the bed

the rrbs have black belts ... representing the powers of PPGZ inherited in their DNA ...
They turn and take on new identities, (Hard Brick, Strong butch and Explosive Boomer) and their casual or regular version ... they keep as Brick, Boomer and Butch xD
As costumes are magic, the identity is preserved
