this is my OC Neil ;w;

He is the unofficial leader of a post-apocalyptic clan looking for his little sister. He doesn't really care to be the leader he just sort of is.

His notorious goggles are green tinted goggles with a bird beak placed in between the two lenses :'D

He's pretty blunt, talkative if you get him talking (which doesn't happen like at all), and very proud. He doesn't put up with people's shit but doesn't really do much to prevent it... He's only violent if he absolutely has to be (which is a lot :T). Inside he's pretty fucking happy and passionate about stuff. He loves his little sister Alice (10-12ish years old).
He himself is probably mid twenties.
