silently they awaitbeyond the gates
watching intently
speaking in dreams
slumbering gods
who will soon awake
for their time
soon shall come
and chaos shall reign
flames will rise
from heaving earth
winds will howl
in ecstatic fury
seas will churn
the skies shall
be torn open
with taloned claws
and through this
fissure they shall come!
Shub Niggurath will
blow her icy breath
and her hooves shall
shall thunder upon
the frozen earth
Mighty Cthulhu
from his tomb
shall arise
flooding the world
with ichors of ooze and slime
Yig will slither from the depths
and with his children
shall feed
all seasons shall be as one
