For school, we had to do an entry way, so I decided to take that and be as liberal as possible with it. I found this picture of a mummy in a national geographic, and fell so in love i had to make him mine. It is much more stylistic than the photograph, because I figured this way of painting could capture the life i saw in him much more effectively than realism. I am surprised i got away with it in class.
