How can you ask me such a thing?? You are MUUUCH BETTER than me with digital programs!!!!!!!
Anyway..I simply used Photoshop 7: smudge+healing brush+burn tool. That's really simply!!! Just need practice, patience and accuracy!!

Ah ok, thanks for letting me know. You know i am always interested in the techniques of others no matter how simple they are. There are simply so many ways to do the same thing in Photoshop and because of this i am always willing to learn the fast and easy ways instead of the complicated ones...
