Description
In the back of Archie Comic's Mega Man TPB 2 (Time Keeps Slipping Arc), there was line art by Patrick "Spaz" Spaziante of official poses for Time Man and Oil Man. These sketches were simply black and white, so I have colored them in. This way, there is art for both Robot Masters that matches the official art Capcom has put out for the others.

The file itself has a transparent background and semi-transparent time arrows. If it is just showing as black on your screen, try copying it and pasting it on a white background.
