Description
The squads were supposed to HALO jump into the jungle but due to AA guns, the plan was cancelled and now they had to ride horses 20 clicks north of Town of Rosewood and then walk through woods eliminating any resistance that stood in the way towards victory.

The plan was that the troops would silently infiltrate the federal base and takeover the entire base while taking no prisoners. This base was a very important and a strategic point for both Imperial and Federal troops because of existence in deep woods, The base provided natural protection against harsh climate and predators. It was 2:30 AM and Operation Blitzkreig was in full effect.

Squad A consisted of Lieutenant Shu, Sergeant Kirito, Staff Sergeant Asda, Corporal Johnson, Pvt James. The troops began to load their equipment on horses at 2:45 AM and began their journey at 3 AM sharp. The journey was longer than expected, Finally after 15 painful minutes, the troops arrived into the mouth of jungle. The troops ditched their horses and began to unload their equipment and then began their march towards the base.

"This is Ghost 1 to Ghost actual, Do you copy ? Over" Shu said to his radio.
"Solid Copy, Ghost 1" Came a female voice from the comm.
"Ghost 1 , Hostile patrols reported in area , proceed with extreme caution. How copy ?"
"Solid copy Ghost Actual, Ghost 1 out"
The troops began to cross the jungle with a slow yet careful pace. Spotting each other was a very difficult task but troops were trained for this, "Hostiles spotted !" Said one of the troops. The hostile patrol seemed more shaken up than being on duty so didn't spot three armed men approaching them from another direction.

Before the patrol could realize, The troops eliminated them with well placed head shots with their suppressed weapons. After the hostiles had been eliminated, the troops hid their bodies and proceeded towards the base.

The troops didn't encounter any other hostile patrols or any sort of movements which was unusual for a place like this. The journey through the jungle was surprisingly quick due to no hostile interruptions. Finally the troops had reached the base and hid in a swamp that overlooked the base.

The spot lights on guard towers were on and the MG nests were armed and activated but there was no one to guard them, Thinking of it as an advantage, the troops moved in quickly yet being on guard. The troops found the base to be deserted but the things in the base showed that there had been people here just a few moments ago. "Strange, looks like they left in a hurry but why" said Shu but the troops had their eyes fixed on a particular building ahead of them so they did answer him. Shu took a look towards the building to find the shattered windows, Shu ordered the troops to move in the building. Upon entering the building, the troops met a gruesome sight, The walls inside the building were smeared with blood and gore. There was a trail of blood that led towards the corridor and turned to left side. Shu and kirito ordered rest of the troops stay on guard while they followed the trail. The trail led towards the door and Kirito kicked the door open after thinking for sometime only to find dead bodies stacked upon each other like a heap of clothes before they are thrown into the washing machine. Kirito was disgusted by this site while Shu seemed to be pleased. They immediately realized that there was something bigger than both factions waiting for them.
