Description
This is the short movie me and two colleagues ( Anais Mallegol and Fabien Fallet ) realized for our graduation in the animation school Supinfocom in 2007.The story is about a little gypsy family going from town to town in Italy. That short is a big mix of cuteness, warm colors and dreams ! It was a lot of fun to make and hopefully I'll have another chance at making short movies again sometime.
And thanks to Yan Volsy for the music score !

yeahhhh its a bit difficult to do everything on your own. Need to be multi talented and interested in everything for that...
You may not need a background, there's awesome animations that have no backgrounds and very simple designs : )
Important things to work is actually storytelling, rythme and style.

it's like about this girl who is eating ice cream and these two mean girl behind her push her and the ice cream falls, so she goes on crying.. and than this boy comes and he cheers her up and she feels better

the fact that you did it on image ready should not be a problem.
If its a gif it has to have a precise size to be recognized as a gif animation.
Otherwise you can still convert it to other format through converting softwares and then submit it as a movie.

I can't re-save it,
and with the progrem I have to turn the thing it just turned the first frame into a GIF :S
and I can't use Iaza cause from each frame there is lke a different time

Yes I like to play with " TV Paint ". To scribble little animations its very handy. I dont know how to use all the tools, im just playing with it but its a lot of fun.
Its the one i used for my short animation " how not to get rid of a bee hive "
I dont know if the program is easy to find though

how did you even come up with the idea,
I mean I don't GET these ideas, I get you know the little things for movies, when they get advertised as in "you thought you knew her.... but you really didn't" and then a girl smiling turning into a monster and jumping at the camera with a roaarr and it turns black and it says words lol

I always had a weird and sometimes weird creativity.
Couldnt stay alone at home for a very long time when I was young, I was seeing monsters everywhere !

Yeah I know its unusual but I LOVE nightmares.
I mean, not always when they actually happen. But afterwards, its like something absolutely impossible really happened. You know, its as if you really lived it : )

ummm I HATE nightmares,
the worst one is that a half bull half horse was chasing me and my family and my little brother was slower than everyone so he almost got him so I picked my little brother and threw him to my dad, and thanthe bull thingo got me, and he started biting me knee I woke up holding my knee and it was bleeding exactly where the bull chewed on it

yeah pretty hardcore. I can imagine a half bull half horse thing to be really nasty looking.
The fact that you were bleeding was probably because you hurt yourself while moving asleep and that came into your dream.
That kind of thing happens quite a lot like, I had a friend who dreamt that he was drowning and couldnt breath: He actually had his head below the blanket and couldnt breath anymore !

this was so cute !!
i loved the models the overall background ,the sounds and musics but ,wath i most loved, was the expression at the girls face, it was so nice ,so cute and i don't know i just loved it!!!... i'm felling like drawing a fan art!!! cam i xD??
oh and this movie just made me happy, kos it remind me from my kid time, i alwasy did that with my fingers around, and i imaginated my self jumping around the trees or jetskating when i was into a car!
anyway awesome job really god! loved it!!
