I recently dove into the world of linux and, while there were many difficulties, it has been very rewarding experience. Anyone with some computer skills should try it - just allocate some time.Anyway, this is a screenshot of my linux framebuffer with custom fbsplash theme. Sometimes I don't need a gui but I still like a nice background picture.
