I wasn't sure how I felt about this piece, but decided to post it regardless because one whom I respect with all of myself gave me the go ahead. . .Let me know what you think. . .please!

this is really powerful you have a huge contrast here your beautiful and soft body and the very cold enviroment and the handcuffs things. Where is it taken? Awesome picture

I took this in my basement...I love it down there! My house is from the 1800's, so it gives this old, haunted feeling...

It's a great picture with a lot of feeling to it, I think. And the angle from which the body is seen reveals nothing, making it seem androgynous - which I'd say is positive, although perhaps not intentional.
The only thing that bothers me a bit is how clean it all looks, though. I don't know, it just seems like it should be dirtier, grittier. And perhaps slightly less light.
Just my opinions, of course; it's perfectly possible that I'm misinterpreting the whole picture.

I think the water pipe is a mistake, not in keeping with the rest of the scene. It doesn't seem to say anything, it just interrupts the background. Otherwise fascinating pose - and I love the tattoo symbols

I almost cropped it out, but it didn't look right...I guess I like the different textures that are within this shot, including the pipe...it makes it more industrial feeling...but hey, I'm glad you like the shot anyway!

...I think that this is one of your strongest pictures...Not that there, in any way, is anything wrong with your face in the other pics...But...This one is kind of universal...I mean...One can't try to decode the face which normally would be the case...So all there's left is this lonely figure who gets a strange kind of fragility...Nice...By the way...Is it real tattoes on your feet or is it "henna" (not sure if it's called that in english)...Anyway...It's a great gallery you've got here...

I totally agree with you--this shot takes away the personal element of the face, therefore, it could be anyone. That's why I've come to love it as much as I do!

I did a similar piece with hand-cuffs. This one has the added advantage of a great background with adds a depth to the over-all image feeling. Very nice image. Glad you decided to post it.

the lesson learned there is
