This is a really wonderful piece. There is a lot of emotion and energy here. Your contrasting colors and values work well together (against ?) to create a beautiful composition. This is something I wish I could see in person because I am sure a photo just doesn't do the textures and depth justice.

Yes, this is the power and intensity of a forest fire that you can't look away from as the flames shoot to the sky.
