Description
As ACE F40PH-3C 3102 pushes the final ACE train of the day as it heads off for Livermore. The sun got in the way of the cabcar so I am not posting it up. Since it is the first Wednesday of this month, Pleasanton has a special thing that goes on downtown so many people were crossing the tracks as I was waiting for the train. I think about 7 people asked me why the hell I was standing near the tracks. I always told them the same thing 7 times, "I am a rail fan, and I am practicing photography." I even smashed a quarter, though it took me a good 3 minutes to find it. And one other thing, if you see the tree were the shadow ends, by that trunk is two old jointed rails half buried. If it is legal, I want to keep them in my backyard. I think Union Pacific has no use for them anyways because the have been resting there for years now.
