I don't know why, but I' pretty sure that Kharagath's magic would be everything but a great success. O.o()Considering his nature, someone or something has pissed him off real good. Or he's just trying to shave his legs with that magic... um... thingie... his holding.

This image is beautifully drawn and colored, I like the effects used for the magic, and the hairstyle is awesome. The only thing that catches my eye is his pose...it seems awkward for him to be standing like that, with both legs rigidly straigt yet parted, his whole body leaning to the side, it kind of looks like he's about to fall.
That's all I have. Great work, nonetheless!

Beautifully composed, colored, and blended. The color combination flows seamlessly, and its nice and clean, with very nice effects. The top of his head seems just a little small, some more on top would be good. The pose is very slightly unnatural with his right leg, that's very minor. His right index finger is longer than the rest, it should be shorter than the middle finger slightly. Really like his hair, the method for the curls and braid are very very nice.
