Meet the Weird, an old friend of mine.I love rendering skin! I still have a lot to learn before I can make it right, but man... It is always a lot of fun! And I know I should try to focus more on the more artistic aspects of my paintings than just rendering materials but... Old habits die hard I guess... And I love doing realistic paintings of nonexistent things, real and unreal at the same time. Give it a try someday, I promise you'll have fun!
I'm not feeling very eloquent today, so I guess I'll leave it as it is for now...
Once again, please feel free to leave me any comment, critic or thought if you want to. I don't thing I'll ever have enough words to describe how much you all help me by just taking the time to look at my silly paintings! You all rock!

Totally agree with that sentiment that you described. Sometimes, it's just fun to do something that you want to simply because the process and the product is satisfying. No need to feel sorry for it.
