Actually I think Doc is pretty fit for eating a lot of chocolate. If I remember, he was a former champion, and also still shows he can pull a bike for a good while and can box enough to train Mac.

Wii Fit Trainer is definitely NOT the same size as Little Mac. If you're talking about muscle that is. And gender has nothing to do with it. There are a ton of girls out there with bulk.
