Description
Being sweet, full of spirit, and having overcome his own disability, Teo was someone Toph had taken a liking to, although they rarely talked. Upon his request to accompany her to the Spring Dance, she gladly accepted.You can imagine, of course, Toph's horror on the way to the dance when she discovered his "ride"...and love of aerial acrobatic stunts....

Just a lil' idea I had about the Spring Shipping short. Toph hardly got any screen time, so here's who I think she went out with (since there was NO way she was gonna get invovled in the tug-of-war over Sokka...). Not to mention Teo needed some love too, coz he is a sweetie.

God, I thought you saw one of the three that we hadn't got to seen. They stated there was one focused on Sokka which might have involved the fight between Yue and Suki that we saw. A lot of people think Toph has a crush on Sokka and it's really unknown if she does. I've seen the Serpant's Pass, it's still rather vague on how she feels about Sokka for all you 'fangirls'

Q: Who's idea was it to have Toph accidentally kiss Suki in the "Serpent's Pass"? Where'd that come from?
Mike DiMartino: It was while we were developing the story, but I can't remember who was pitching it. It was our little recognition of this Toph-Sokka romantic interest. Toph having this little crush on Sokka, and we thought it would be funny to have it happen that way since she can't see in the water. A good comedic gag.
