A lot of Avatar fans have a rather intense dislike of Maiko...in fact, I don't think I've seen another couple take so much heat! So, using my patented Booter Logic, I decided to delve into the reasons WHY(constant face sucking aside). However, my logic must have had an off day, judging from the grade it got. :/But ya gotta admit, guys who act like Mai DO get a love of love. Which is maybe why MAO is a good idea...[link]
Now, before you jump down my throat with Reasons Why Booter Is Wrong And Ignorant For Making This, let me just nip that in the bud. I am not promoting ANY sort of shipping, and this thing is a SPOOF. So if you're actually looking for a well-researched and thought out debate starter, look somewhere else.

I love Hatori! I wouldn't say he has a sour attitude, though. He's just quietly sad and bitter.
I don't have a problem with Mai. It's just seeing her with Zuko that gets me. x.x I don't like how they show their love, too, it's way too forward and forced for my liking.

That is so true. What irks me is that she has depth and passion but doesn't show it like most girls we see on tv. Not all girls are open with their feelings.

You're right. I think if Mai was a guy the Yaoi fangirls would be all over this and they would be "totally meant for each other". I personally don't like Mai, but that's because I don't find her an interest character. Apathy, in any character, annoys me. So I like Zuko, because I get a lot of Lulz out of him, and he has an interesting personality. Mai...doesn't care about anything because her parents were too strict? It's okay, I just can't get excited about it. Now Toph- I'm angry and bad-ass because m,y parents were too strict- THAT, I can get behind.
