More concept art of Mordecai's backstory, after his death (or, as fancy folks would say, Post Mortem). Definitely one of my most ambitious illustrations of 2020, haha.

You can actually find a process video of this on my Instagram boots.ocs! It shows a step-by-step video of me building this piece up from scratch. It's very satisfying to watch, from me struggling with perspective lines, me almost giving up on the base colors, and the final touches that add so much life to an otherwise stale piece. The wet ground definitely gave me a headache though. Rain aesthetics are painful
