Description
One of the biggest takeaways from my jarring “heroic dose” experience was to reflect on my understanding of reality, and explore the construct that to the external world is known as “Boris”. During this process where different parts of my mind were breaking down, my language functionalities broke down as well. This silenced my thoughts and it forced me to be fully present in each moment. The only thing that existed was the sensation of existing. Something about this made each moment seem incredible long, eternal and kind of frightening in a way. I felt like I was experiencing the core of my being, not my ego, nor the identity that I have constructed as a way to exist out there in the world.
