Great image! The way the light is striking the water around him creating a halo effect is nice. Also the colors and focus is dead on.

I can't even begin to tell you how many of these guys I caught as a kid.... This is a very good capture of the little beasty... he almost looks metalic.

WoW this photo is incredible! Sharp focus, nice colors! I love that the colors of the frog is the same as the water's at the two sides.
I don't like the framing, I think 1-2 pixel and 20 pixels black would do good to the picture.
