Of all things to make the final boss of Challenger from the future... It wasn't a Wily Machine and then a Wily Capsule, it wasn't even some other freak robot from Capcom-knows-where Wily sent to try and finish Rock off once and for all, it wasn't even King who came back from the dead! Instead, Wily had to bring Ra-Thor from an alternate future where he doesn't die, considering Ra-Thor is from Super Adventure Rockman and there he's part of the final battle.
