This is Ros, my Cascade Red Fox. She's clearly the cousin to Kiro, the Cascade Arctic Fox shown elsewhere in my gallery.I bought Kiro in late 96, and Ros a little later - probably 97. Although they're similar, you can see Cascade were thinking about what they were doing in those days: Kiro the arctic fox has shorter, rounded ears compared with Ros here, as per wild arctic vs red foxes.
Along with the second version of their outstanding grey wolf I think this is the last Cascade plush I bought. My Cascades were all made between about 95 and 97. After that something must have happened because after 1998 their quality control suddenly went downhill.
Again, this came from that shoot I did months ago with the ipad in insufficient light - but I just don't have time at the moment to set everything up again and use a proper camera...
WHOOPS - though I checked before posting this, I have previouly uploaded this picture. Ah, well - it got faved by new people, so I'll leave both up.
