Finally it is holiday!! After finishing most of my other works, i started painting this picture for about 5 days, on and off, this is my first digital painting that was done 100% using photoshop, without working on a handrawn lineart. I used quite alot of layers while i was painting this in order to create better depths. I was inspired by my favourite artists, Matt Gaser and Dodecaden. This is a bittersweet painting for me. It brings back a lot of memories when I used to read fantastic stories about children and creatures and their adventures. It makes me sad to think about it but I also enjoy the nostalgia.
You should be proud of this piece (and congratulations on the DD).

That's super duper awesome! The only "flaw" i can see (cause you asked, hehe) is that right arm seems to come out from the body lower than it should, that is unless it's a stiff jacket and makes the shoulder look higher.
I especially appreciate the city scape! i suck suck suck at those. Very well done!

I love it. ^_^ All of the flying objects look very good and convincing, as does the cityscape in the background. Your foreground image is really cool too. I like that the person is up in the front like they are. It's like we're watching this with them. ^_^
