commission tos | rules →PAYMENT
→ Payments will only be accepted through paypal. Please include your dA username.
→ All payments must be in CAD currency unless discussed.
→ The commission will not be started until at least half of the payment is received.
→ The commission will not be uploaded until the full payment is received.
PROCEDURE
→ Please fill out the form and note it to me. Once confirmed, I will give you the final price and ask you to send the payment.
→ Once a sketch is completed, I will note it to you. Minor revisions can be made at this time and once approved, I will complete the piece.
→ Once finished the piece and payment is received in full, I will upload your commission.
REVISIONS
→ Minion revisions will be allowed during the sketch phase. Excessive changes will result in a fee.
→ Once the sketch is approved, no further revision will be accepted. This does not include if I made a mistake (colors, items, etc.)
→ Deciding you want a completely new pose or character will result in a fee.
PERMISSIONS & PRIVATE ARTWORK
→ I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means I can post it on any art accounts or websites I like, as well as portfolios, examples and so forth.
→ Please state ahead of time if you would like your commission withheld from my personal use. This will result in a fee, but does not mean you own the rights to the image.
→ You are allowed to post your picture in your gallery, but I must be given credit.
→ You are allowed to use it off-site, but I must be given clear credit and notified.
→ You are not allowed to use the image for commercial purposes, meaning prints, t-shirts, etc., unless discussed ahead of time.
REFUNDS
→ If you require a refund, you must as before I start your commission. If I have started your commission, I will give you a refund based on how far along I am.
→ I do not give refunds once pictures are completed.
→ If I take an excessive amount of time with your commission or am unable to finish it, I will give you a full refund.
MISCELLANEOUS
→ Do not pester me to finish your commission, I assure I am finishing it as soon as possible.
→ Everything in the form must be completed for me to accept your commission. References are a must.
→ Even though this is first come, first serve, I have the right to decline your commission.
