Quitting the browser made me lose everything I said about this piece, alas...(how clever of me), but I love the bubbles and the movement they lend to the already super dynamic painting, not to mention that they simply look awesome! The expression of the fish, I think you got it so perfectly^^ The other, kind of nonplussed one in the background is cute too.
The background itself is so beautiful and soft toned..I could look at this for a long time, in fact I have been haha.

I really like your style! It's been said before, but I think it's really cool that you managed to give the fish such expression without making it too...I dunno, unfishy....the bubbles add so much movement to the piece, they really lend a feeling of a sudden rush for that chilli (poor fish).
The other, slightly nonplussed fish in the background is very cute too^o^
And oh, did I mention how awesome the background is? O.O
