Oh, wow I can't believe I got a DD! (: Thank you!I took this a few years back. No editing whatsoever (:
This is our old barn. It was a controlled burn - the barn was getting really old and was falling apart... I miss it though, so many memories.

Thanks (: Yeah, i was hoping people would think this was digitally made. These are all natural colors. It was actually taken in daytime but the smoke is so black it makes it look like it was in the middle of the night.

Better to Burn Out than to Fade Away has been used numerous times in popular culture. Neil Young had it in his 1979 song My, My, Hey, Hey, (Out of the Blue), Def Leppard used it at the begining of theit 1983 song, Rock of Ages, and the Kugen says the line in the original 1986 Highlander movie. It has been used many times since, so it is free game

Lots stuff that was a fire hazard because it was so old I guess. I think it was about to fall apart. Lots of dried out hay/straw whatever. And thank you

Um, at the time, in 2009, when i submitted this I thought it was originally said by Kurt Cobain. I do love Def Leppard though so I don't know why I didn't realize it was from them. I think Cobain's the one who made it famous. At least that's what people are telling me.
