I agree completely. Her appearance, along with her tender, compassionate personality, is the reason why Tikal is tied with another individual as being my favorite character from this franchise.
And in this picture, you've done well to capture her cuteness, with that little smile.
I do notice there's a pretty big contrast between shadows and highlights -- as you draw more pictures in the future, I would suggest less of a contrast, so it looks like "natural" lighting as opposed to being under a spotlight.
