Description
Backstory: Transmutate's story is a twisted trail of breadcrumbs forming somewhat of a path. She was found outside of the Well of Allsparks, broken and glitching, but was saved by a kind soul who took her to a medical station. She suffered from a stutter that made speech almost impossible, her memory banks were corrupted, and she could hardly walk without her glitching sending her to the floor. She began therapy to try to gain some mobility, and it was during one such visit that she met Pterosword, the reborn dinobot Swoop, who chose to befriend her despite being 'born wrong.'

The pair became a duo, and with his encouragement, her progress increased, until Swoop was taken by the authorities for supposedly starting a fight and being mentally unstable. During the next three months, Transmutate did not attend her therapy sessions out of silent protest. during one of her attempts to see him in the mental institution, Transmutate fell and hit her helm. Upon waking up, she was able to remember being locked away in a lab, where her speech, mobility and cognitive functions were forcibly inhabited, resulting in her disabilities. This event also unlocked a skill of hers: A sonic scream that could disable anything electronic or even cybertronian within range. Shortly after this revelation, she was abducted by bounty hunters working for Shockwave, where she was reunited with Swoop as another captive. The two came to the conclusion that Shockwave was responsible for her faults, and during a random fluctuation in power on the ship they were on, Swoop was able to break free and the duo fled their captors in an escape pod.

The pod fell onto Earth, where the pair wandered and fled the bounty hunters until Bumblebee's Team was able to locate and take them in. When Shockwave and the bounty hunters attacked Crown City to lure the Autobots out, Transmutate stayed in the Scrapyard, eventually helping the others that stayed behind to take down Shockwave himself when he infiltrated the yard. Following this, Swoop and Transmutate decided to remain on Earth while they sorted things out, and they were given the task of guarding the Seismic Shock Warhead the Bee Team had located, ensuring that no Decepticons came after it.

During this mission, more of Transmutate's memories began to return as the inhibitors were slowly disabled, including memories of her being on the Nemesis, and of Megatron... (More to come)

Facts: The engine on her back acts like a jetpack, allowing her flight for periods of time. It exhausts her more quickly, however, so she doesn't fly often unless it's an emergency.

She doesn't use her scream very often, because it is quite uncontrollable and both friend and foe are affected by it, so it's a last-resort thing. There is a small pocket around herself that isn't affected, so if her friends can get within that bubble, they're safe.

Her right arm is a plasma cannon...Except she can't seem to figure out how to activate it or transform it back into a regular arm, so she's stuck being one-handed for now.
