My Fire Mage from WoW.I want to make him into an 'OC', but I don't have his personality thought out yet aside from being a pyromaniac.

Doing the lvl 40 Warlock quest (picked up from a trainer in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar) gives you a copy of this horn appearance, except it's transmogable on any cloth wearer.
I don't think it's been changed. Picking up the quest is restricted to only Warlocks though.
