It's been two months since Ice'Stalker and Echo left home and four months since Abyss's funeral. They spent one month in a town called "Where-No-Dragon-Goes-Hungry" now they're in a town called "Among- the- Evergreens. Ice'Stalker remember the note he wrote to his father before they left, under Echo's whishes she told him not to write father a note, Ice'Stalker didn't listen though. He remember every single word to that note. Which was "Dear Father, Echo and I had enough of your protection. We can protect ourselves. I know you will be angry when you will read this but please don't come find us. I understand you love us but ever since Abyss passed you started to watch us even more, When we were dragonets you didn't really look after us. You were always busy with your job and spying around the Scorpion Den for Queen Thorn. Now You stay at home, drinking whiskey and watching us like a hawk would for their prey. Now Echo and I will go to look for our mother. I took your wedding picture from your office, which you hide under the boards of the floor. Which is weird. Also when I'm writing this note, you were passed out on the kitchen table sleeping. With great love and respect we will come back as soon as we find mother and bring her back. They been searching for their mother but at least Father hasn't come to find them yet. They were about to leave for the next town till a oily voice came up behind them. "I think we can help you two dragonets out" a small Ice'wing hissed flicking her tongue in and out. She had the same green eyes as Ice'Stalker. He looked over at the much bigger male who's mind was racing like a dust devil on the hot, windy day at the Stronghold. "Don't fall for it" He thought.

Echo looked at him. Her eyes full of concern. "I don't like this, Ice" She said backing behind him.

Ice'Stalker glared at her "Oh yeah? How?" "I just need to look at that picture that my spies have seen you showing around, Okay?" Ice'Stalker handed her the picture, it was still cover in sand. She took one look and gasp. "I told you Husky, they're mine!" The female Icewing cried. The male rolled his eyes "Oh wow so exciting" he huffed. She glared at him then turned to the dragonets. "You need follow us! I'm your Mother" She said her eyes glowed with happiness. "Oh why didn't you run away from that awful father of yours sooner? Oh I'm getting a head of myself. I'm Glace and this is my brother Husky, you are?"
