New sibling characters of mine, their names are Silas and Cassia (both have nature connotations, I think I will keep that theme for the whole family). In my story, dragons are an immortal race entirely made up of women, their human brothers, sons and husbands are always mortal, however like Silas here they sometimes inherit the odd horn or two haha. Knowing that she would not have much time with him compared to her sisters, Cassia always babied her younger brother and when she suddenly passed away in a battle, her scales we’re used to make his armour. This is a tradition amongst the immortal races that humans find quite odd and macabre, but is seen as a loving gesture by the dragons.
Anyway I’ve been thinking about their story for a while now even though I have only just designed them, I’ll probably spend more time on them later!
