I really like this one. : D look how i tried something other than cel-shading for the hair
Cadence is a boy~

His hair seems to be getting lighter every pic, but I like this shade for him. Chestnut~

Cadence, Santiago, Tsubasa are my main three OCs - I refer to them as Candy boys because they’re so sweet because they’re my trademark implausibly effeminate and curvy.

Cadence - the youngest, canonically about 16 or 17. He’s also the technically the least heavy, however due to his minute frame of 5’5” he looks a lot heavier than he is. I estimate him to be around 340-350lbs. He’s been tubby his whole life and has absolutely no concept of what being slim is like – he’ll never be thin. I honestly can’t even imagine what he’d look like.

Cadence is painfully shy and becomes very anxious in social situations to the point where the idea of talking to new people/ people he doesn’t know very well gives him panic attacks. This comes from being bullied A LOT as a kid. Naturally, he prefers animals to people, since ‘animals don’t judge’. He’s getting slightly better now that Basa’s pushing him a bit, but he’ll always be shy.

He’s always been extremely bright, top of his class in anything academic, especially math and science. Likes documentaries and reads college-level zoology textbooks. Has little knowledge of current TV shows, movies, music, video-games etc. Could talk for hours about animal species but finds himself clamming up at any other topic.

He used to swim when he was younger and was actually pretty good at it (probably why his body is the shape it is) but quit after constant teasing about his weight.

He absolutely refuses to cut his hair under any circumstances. As a kid, even mentioning a haircut to him would result in a tantrum. As a result, his hair is waist length and even now he’s extremely anxious getting it trimmed. Not even he can explain why he likes his hair so long – all he knows is he. Will. Not. Cut. It. (The real reason is Candy likes ponytails.)

His two front teeth are rather prominent and he's rather conscious about it, though he's never needed braces.

His bond with Santiago is irreplaceable – the kitten boy was the first real friend Cadence ever had, and he feels extremely grateful towards him. They can spend hours together in the same room but never talking. Cadence will read and Santi will sleep, but they appreciate each other’s company. There’s no need for words.

Santi was born with a rare genetic condition which makes him appear to be part cat. Physically, he has the ears and tail, elongated canines and yellow eyes. He’s also lactose intolerant and has an aversion a lot of vegetables. For him, the most difficult part of his condition is his occasional ‘fits’ where he loses consciousness but his feral side takes over and he lashes out at anyone nearby. He’s on medication to control this at the moment.

He also has difficulty concentrating in school (although this is partly due to the fact English isn’t his first language) and has little interest in academic subjects. His real passion his art, especially digital art. Other interests are anime, manga and video games.

Cadence, once he feels comfortable, is extremely cuddly. He latches onto to Tsubasa quite a lot, to his surprise (Basa is not particularly touchy-feely person but is willing to make an exception for Cadence). Santi really enjoys cuddles and having his ears/tail stroked but ONLY if he likes the person (which is unlikely, as he dislikes most people).

Tsubasa’s naturally charming and has no problems with small talk – he’s a lot more sociable than the other two. That said, he doesn’t talk about himself a lot and it can be a struggle to talk about less superficial things with him.

Cadence is a little in awe of Tsubasa, since the Asian boy is, despite his enormous size, stunningly attractive and very charismatic. If Basa weren’t so fat, Cadence would have a lot more trouble talking to him, since he sees Basa as one of the ‘cool’ people.

Cadence is gay, Tsubasa is bi (but only physically attracted to fat people) and Santi is pan-romantic asexual. Santi couldn’t care less what a person looks like, he can only fall in love based on personality and has no interest in sex. Tsubasa’s the opposite – very sexual and very much attracted to looks. Also Santi only starts to show interest in someone if they’ve shown interest in him first.
