When I was designing Mei (short for Ryuun Yangmei), I wanted to give her really fluffy hair, so much that with the horns other's might think she was actually some form of sheep or ram.

I still need to practice a bit more how to make the hair look fluffier, the fuwafuwa seems to require some form of shading to show the poofyness.
