personally : he might look grumpy but he's actually soft, he's just a "serious-soft" guy, very very annoyed with magnets, even he's a magnet itself.
desc : fiab is a hardworker person who works for everyone, however although he have good skills of making stuff, he dislikes anything related to magnet, since his "bottle" only works when he's not magnet by everything, because he controls his bottle limbs, if he got magnet, since he was magnet-ed, it means he can't use his limbs, thus his "bottle" become disabled for a bit, you may wonder how fiab eats.. he don't eat, he never get hungry or thirsty, in fact he lives in that bottle fill with liquid for freaking years, no really that's actually his bottle, he didn't steal it.
