I LOVE Team Rocket. They were the only reason I watched Pokemon. James was my favourite, and I especially liked it when he was all sulky. One of my favourite moments/lines of his was when Digletts were destroying the road on which TR were having a picnic, and he says, "Hmph! No tea party for me!" *sulk* :3 Jesse, too, had her moments, as did Meowth. Ahh, Team Rocket... you were way too cool for that show.When I originally started doing these chibis I wasn't going to get into doing anime characters because there are just WAY too many, but there are a few that I *have* to do. Really, my focus is game/FF characters.
So yeah, chibi Team Rocket. (Aren't my chibi pokemon the coolest?

Team Rocket was always cool. Some of thier disguises were pretty obvious, but it still made the show.
In the newer episodes of Pokemon, they act like spies. Rocket was bad-ass before, but now they're even more bad-ass.
