On the warriors series, it say that Spottedleaf's spirit is killed again by Mapleshade while procteting Sandstorm.

I know...actually, it was partly Spottedleaf's fault. She chose to save Sandstorm from Mapleshade, causing her own death. I don't blame Mapleshade because she was just doing what any cat would've done; defend herself.
