That was in September of 2003. I finally have A) a copy of Flash B) knowledge to use it and C) a decent computer to do it on.
Be very, very afraid.
That said, comments will be very appreciated. This isn't my first animation EVARR, but it is the first since I finished a class a year ago. I'm quite proud of it. Not up to the standard I'd like, but it serves its purpose. Any suggestions for improving the cartoony-ness of the action will be greatly appreciated (especially if they come with links to tutorials).
The chibi was done in Illustrator with my new tablet PC.

XD Cuuuuute.
I don't know much about flash, so I can't really critique it... But maybe making the chibi's arms flail? That would be awesome, instead of just a rolling cookie-cutter chibi.
Also, more layers of waves, and maybe some going up and down as well as just scrolling, might look pretty cool. ^_^ (But as I said, I have no idea about flash, except that it looks good on Newgrounds. XD;; )
