Description
When I was still in the 'lurking' stage with DA, I came across the 'Queens of Darkness' contest on and the idea for the Red Queen struck me as something that would be amazing to draw, and a reason to finally get an account. I particularly grabbed onto her obsession with machinery and lack of humanity; it just immediately gave me the idea of an Eldon Tyrell type character, with the vanity and cruelty of the queen from Snow White, and this grew from there.

Wacom tablet, Corel Painter. Worked on it for a few hours a day for the better part of a week. Probably about 18-20 hours in total. (The only long project I've managed to finish all semester )
