Once you defeat the Elite Four in Black and White, you meet Looker and the similarities are uncanny. So. I HAD TO 8D
I'm playing through White with Rodney, haaa. I used Finch in SoulSilver, so it was only fair. :I
Criticism is highly encouraged! I'm pretty new to this whole comic thing and I want to get better, so SOCK IT TO ME.

oh god, this made me so many levels of happy when my friend linked it to me.
i remember firing up Platinum for the first time and just being flabbergasted when this guy popped up in the opening credits. i proceeded to run around the house, restarting multiple times, to show my entire family that The DOCTOR was in my Pokemon game.

Great comic! Art-wise, very crisp pencils and pleasant coloring. Clean and cartoony! Nice. You've also got a knack for composition with regards to storytelling.
As for a critique, you're pacing is a bit slow between some panels. Contrast and irony is the goal of comedy, and this can be achieved by juxtaposing expressions with little transition. For example, better to place panel 6 (the Doctor grinning obliviously) immediately after 3 (the expression of confusion/burgeoning suspicion) and eliminate the transitory expressions in panels 4 and 5. You could even move the current panel 4 after the current panel 6.
Apart from comedy,in terms of art, I can really only critique your use of background. Over all it's very informative and helps to introduce context, but in some places (particularly panels 8, 12, 13 ) I would leave it out. Once the setting is established, you need only mention it here and there. The audience won't notice! You did well in panels 3-5.
Great comic! I envy the completeness of it, from the execution of the joke to the drawing of the characters and background. The last two panels, the Doctor's self interjection = perfect!

As an animator, I guess I feel the need to get as much expression change and thinking poses in there as possible, but you're right, it does slow it down a bit. d: It's just difficult for me to put the animation in my head into comic form! X)

That Doctor look-a-like is only in that episode of Glee for that one split second. So if you want to watch it just for that, he isn't in it at any other time.
